I never had Himalayan cuisine until I try Yak and Yeti Fishers a few years ago. The husband, oh, it smells so good. Steamed a momo, a dumpling originated in Tibet, Nepal and Tibet, is what we always get. Not a appetizer but a full meal. If you look at the portion and how filling inside is juicy and packed with flavors. Watch World Cup while enjoying Himalayan day with steamed and fried momos, chicken lollipop, chow mein, gobi manchurian, more. This Nepali style wing is so crispy and seasoning insanely good. Their lunch special from 11 to 3 PM has curry, rice, veggies and dessert. This lamb curry was tender. I need the recipe of this stir fry green couldn't this.
