Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I'm a 25-year-old psychiatric nurse living in New York City and I also just got accepted into NP school. This week was my first week of NP school and I'm going to tell you guys the apps that I used to be successful and get ready for my first exam. Number one, Google Sheets. I'm going to insert a picture here so that you guys can see this. But for this semester alone, I have chronologically ordered every single exam, class assignment, and anything that I need to have for my classes on the spreadsheet. This helps me stay organized for the semester so that I'm not missing any important assignments, tests, class days because I get overwhelmed and I tend to forget things. So having everything organized like this on Google Sheets is such a lifesaver. Another tech app I use to be successful in NP school is Google Calendar. The reason I love Google Calendar is because you can integrate all of your calendars. So I integrated my personal calendar with my school calendar, which allowed me to see the days that I needed to study, the days that I needed to get things done and just organize all the different parts of my life. Another app that I use is Nursegrid. The reason I love Nursegrid is because you can put your nursing work schedule right into the app and my coworkers and my friends can also see the days that I work. But the great thing about Nursegrid is that you can actually add your nursing schedule from that app into Google Calendar. So literally all the different parts of my life are organized on Google Calendar. The final tech app I use to make me successful in NP school is Goodnotes. I've been saying this to people for years. I used Goodnotes when I was in nursing school and now I'm using it for NP school and it's such a lifesaver. The reason I love Goodnotes is because you can download all your PowerPoint slides onto the app and you can write notes right onto it. So for my exam, I'm pretty sure we had to go over like 10 lecture slides and I downloaded all those lecture slides onto Goodnotes and as I was hearing the professor speak, I was actively writing down notes on those PowerPoint slides. Let me know if you guys want a tutorial for that. But those are the tech apps I use to make me successful as an NP student who's also a full-time nurse, influencer and owns two businesses in New York City. Love you and I mean it. Bye babes.
