I am now automating all of my skill management in Claude with two skills, reflect and prune. This is something I've been thinking about for a while because I love using skills, but hate making them. So I wanted to set up an easy system for myself where Claude would essentially do that for me. So first I have /reflect and this I use after a long conversation and it pretty much goes through and finds if there are any learnings that we should save to memory or any tasks that would be good to package up as a skill. And then to balance that, I have /prune, which essentially audits and reviews all of my memories and my skills and my configs to see if there might be something stale that I actually want cleaned up. I just set this up not too long ago, but I have been enjoying it so far, but let me know what skills you use in the comments down below.
