Ladies so yall not changing your pads? Story time! So having a conversation at work with one of my coworkers. So another coworker had approached me and asked if she could use a pad. Sanitary napkin for those of you who may not know what a pad is. So I proceeded to open my bag and give her one. So the other coworker that is the TMI coworker, you know, you always have the one that likes to tell all her freaking business and just says whatever. Well, she happened to be watching and afterwards she was like, "Why do you have so many?" And I was like, "So many what? Why do you have so many pads in your bag?" She was like, "Why would I not?" Because you want to be prepared. She was like, "Oh, well, I don't worry about other people and bring a bunch of extras for everybody else." And I was like, "Who said I did?" "Those are for me." "Well, if a sister need help, then I'm gonna help her out. I'm not selfish like that." "Those are not a community thing, those are just for me." And so she proceeded to say, "Oh, well, I usually only need one." "One what?" "She was like, I bring one extra pad because I just worry about myself." "I don't bring extras for everybody else." And I was like, "So you bring one extra pad, and that makes it through your entire day?" She was like, "Yeah, that's all you need for the entire day." And I was like, "So you go to the bathroom more than one time a day?" She was like, "Yeah." I was like, "So, does that mean you're not changing your pad every time you go to the bathroom?" She was like, "Why would I do that? That's wasteful." And looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe I am crazy because maybe I missed something. Maybe it's a different generation thing. I don't know. But ladies, are we not changing our pad every time we go to the bathroom?
