Day 59 of making my home 1% better every day. This one was a bit of a roller coaster & the end result is not perfect but it’s better than it was and I learned a lot 🖤 I'm taking on the job of spray painting these window frames. That grey blue is just not really working with my vision. Number two goes... I've seen a few videos of other people doing this. It doesn't look too hard. Thing, taping, masking, which I definitely found to be true. So, the actual spray painting part took minutes. Okay, it's the next day. I ran out of paint nearly towards the end of the second coat. I almost could not have done it, but I want it to last. So I ran to Bunnings this morning and got another can. They gave me a free coffee too. I picked up our doors, cabinet doors for the vanity. So that was also very exciting. I'm going to do the second coat and then we're going to wait an hour and then peel everything off. Let's take it off now. I'm nervous. Was that enough? So, I did kind of think that might happen. Oh god. I got paint down there too. Looks... coat. Door. Woops. Oh god. I did kind of think that might happen. Oh god. I got paint down there too. Not devastated about the door. I've done a second coat and it's drying. I'm just going to call it a day because I need to be done.
