Weekly Saturday Baking

It's Saturday, so you know what that means. I stayed home and baked. Honestly, every weekend I try to convince myself to be more interesting society, but I just can't do it. I just can't do it. Um, and honestly, this was a good weekend to stay in because the FIFA World Cup is happening on Monday, so like, I'm sure traffic was crazy. So I'm glad I stayed in. I made a couple of things. The first thing I made was these coconut custard buns. These are so good and fluffy. I highly recommend these. I also made these Hong Kong style chiffon cakes and I'm thinking of like layering them and making them um mini cupcakes with pudding, whipped cream and fruits. Um, in between. I also made coconut banana pudding. So like banana pudding but coconut. Um, and then I also made Utou dough, which I'm gonna fry up tomorrow. Those are like the Chinese donuts. They're really good. So first I made them from scratch. So this is what I baked this Saturday.
