This is by far the worst time to do it. To be saying I want to work from home, I want to do nothing. This is the worst time to do it because you don't have the leverage today. You had the leverage during COVID. You don't have the leverage today is the person to be like, why is that guy always here? Why is this guy always there? Late when I'm at the office? Where's the other guy? He's never here. He always leaves at 4:59. He's always late five minutes. I'm gonna give this guy the responsibility. He gets the promotion. He gets to 100,000. He gets to 200,000 and then his life changes. So it's a bad time today to be wanting to just work enough to get by.
