WHY DON'T I DO NAIL DESIGNS? The answer is simple because I don't want to. I've lost clients because of that, but it was a conscious decision. A few years ago, I realized I didn't want to do everything. Instead, I chose to specialize in speed, structure, architecture, and clean, minimalist nails, and that decision is closely connected to the technique and workflow I've built over the years. Do I admire nail artists? Absolutely. I think creating nail art is a talent, and I have a lot of respect for those who do it. But I realized nail designs, even simple ones, don't align with the way I enjoy working. Sometimes 15 to 30 minutes go by, and you're still trying to perfect the design. At least that's been my experience. So I made a choice. In two hours, I'd rather create two beautiful, clean sets than one set with nail art. And honestly, if I lost one client because she wanted designs, another client came because she wanted exactly what I offer, and that's perfectly okay.
