Do you talk during the appointments? I have nothing against both business models, they are just for different people. I prefer to make my money with fewer people and working less but doing something that allows me to charge higher. Someone else may not get tired of the actual work and may prefer to just do their job and go home. Talking to people all day is also exhausting just a different type of exhaustion.
