I'm going to tell you guys something that I've learned in the last week that is such a crucial, crucial piece of advice that I give every other content creator that I talk to. And that is that you should not be afraid to talk about your passions on the internet. You should not be afraid to talk about the things that let you up, the things that excite you, the things you want to talk about. Even if they're not directly aligned with what you think the internet wants to hear from you or if they're not directly aligned with what you think is what originally brought your followers or agree your account. I coach content creators and businesses week in and week out. And one of the things that I tell all of them. All time is you have permission to post. You have permission to be vulnerable. You have permission to talk about what you want to talk about. And I don't give myself that permission. I don't give myself that same freedom to just post what I'm passionate about and what I'm doing with my life. And sometimes content that just makes me feel good. It doesn't always have to serve a direct purpose of, oh, I really need to teach somebody something new today or I have to be inspirational or I have to do something crazy. Like sometimes it can just be this piece of content makes me happy. And a great example of this action was. My family went to Kennedy Space Center just for the day. We took the kids and it was really fun and I made a vlog about it and I used this really cool like sound that I found that was like about how you need to nerd out. And one thing about me is I nerd out about space and space exploration and just the aerospace industry and what they're doing and all these things. And so we went, I made a vlog, I posted it and across all of my platforms it has outperformed a lot of content that I've been posting lately and I just was kind of like, you know what? Now not crazy numbers, it's not going like viral or anything like that, but It just reminded me of like I also need to give myself that same permission to just post things that make me happy and make me feel good and that I'm interested in and other people are going to be interested in that too. Even if they're not 100% already in my audience, there are people not in my audience yet that I haven't even met yet. This is your permission and I'm giving myself permission to, you are allowed to post things that light you up, that spark joy, that are things that you're interested in. Even if you feel like they're not constantly bringing high value, they're not constantly being inspirational, they're not constantly like leading somebody somewhere or converting them to do something. Not every piece of content has to do every single job. I need you to remember that. Not every single piece of content has to do every single job. And I think when we post content that is really deeply aligned with who we are and that includes our passions, it actually brings you the audience that you were always supposed to have anyways.
