pov: Explaining Linux to people who don't code. I need to explain Linux. It runs on billions of devices. It runs on your toaster, your smart TV, your router, and almost every single website. How have I not heard of this? Guess what percentage of the fastest supercomputers use Linux? I don't know, like five? 100%. If you want to use it, you can just download it right now. Okay, how much is it? It's completely free. That's insane. There are no ads, there's no bloatware, there's nothing tracking your data, and if you don't like anything on your desktop, you can change it. I don't even understand. How does this work? It's completely open source. You can read any line of code and it's completely community maintained. You can revive old laptops from the dead by putting Linux on them. And the craziest part, it was all started by a 21-year-old as a side project. That's so cool.
