free time reading them and taking notes

rewriting up to 40+ drafts of my
personal statement...only to use
the idea i initially had (your
reminder to trust your gut)
wrote a 40 page research
paper to fill an observed gap
at my school. cold emailed
research paper to dream lab
at Stanford and was able to
intern with the professor!
cold emailed hundreds of local
news stations to raise
awareness about my nonprofit
and request to be featured
successfully cold emailed and
received $1000+ to print out more
than 10,000 bookmarks with the
988 lifeline. got in touch with my
districts social worker to distribute
bookmarks to over 30 schools
across 4 districts
publicly shared my story with
others to reduce stigma
around mental health and
raise awareness
