24 years old I'm a full-time realtor here in Arizona and this is exactly what I made every month for the past 12 months. Starting strong June of last year at 9500. September, 8300. August zero. September, 5200. October zero. Sorry, was too busy planning my Halloween costume. November though, made up for it, almost 50k in November though, almost 50k. December zero. It was my birthday and I was also traveling. January zero. February 5800. March 22,000. April I closed one but it's not there. I think it might be in May. 16,000 in May. And 10,000 in June plus another 4k on one that I have closing next week. So in total the past 12 months I've made this much money. And I'm not trying to flex, I'm just trying to show you that I've been doing this for two and a half years. My first year I literally made 20,000 total and then I 6x my business the next year because all I do is work. So if you want to make good money and have no life, just keep working. Real estate has been very lucrative but also very draining. That's just to show you the money that you can make and how I went months without nothing and then one month makes up for the rest of the year. So if you're interested in real estate, try it out. It might suck the soul right out of you. Okay, bye.
