AI agency versus AI consultancy. Which one should you actually pick if you are just running out an AI today right now because a lot of beginners are getting pulled towards the agency side which is not wrong but they don't realize there's a completely different path that in my opinion pays better, scales easier and it's honestly where the entire industry is headed. So I'm going to break both of them down so you guys have a clear answer and you guys have the freedom to choose which one fits best depending on your goal. Now an AI agency is where you're selling the build right you're you're the one putting together workflows deploying the agents integrating the systems and handling the technical delivery for your and you make money by charging for the build and the ongoing maintenance and you scale by stacking more clients and more clients, you know, higher developers and growing the team behind the actual work. But in an AI consultancy, it's a totally different model. Um, you're not the one actually doing the building. You're the one advising the business on what AI they need that they should be implementing, right? Where it fits inside their operations, what to prioritize and how to actually use it strategically in the right way to see maximum returns, okay? So on the agency side, the pro are you get paid quickly because business are paying you up front for the and you build tangible products you can show off in case studies and you can scale your revenue by adding more clients and more deliverable. But some of the coins are the actual building takes a lot of time depending on what you're building. You're constantly juggling juggling deliveries, deadline, support requests, broken integrations, tool updates, you know the list is quite long and at the moment the moment you take on to many clients your quality might drop and so does your attention. And you can also become the boss in some cases for your own business because if you stop building the business helps moving if and it's that's a brutal place to be in when you're trying to because you don't hide the right people as soon as possible, you might fail. Now, on the consultancy side, the pros are that you can charge premium fees because you're being paid for your knowledge and your strategy and not for your time. Now, you get health you don't get health for fulfillment. So your time stays free for the high leverage work and you can build a much more peaceful focus business with few clients paying you significantly more. Right? Because business owners genuinely value strategic guidance once they realize how much money the wrong decisions cost them, okay? Now the counter that it takes longer to build credibility because you actually have to um know what you're talking about, you can't just watch a few videos and you really need real confidence to sit across from an owner and tell them what they should and shouldn't be doing, right? Now, in my honest opinion, if I was running it again from today, right now, I would go straight into AI consultation without even thinking twice because the entire industry is shifting towards that direction anyway. Right, building is getting easier and more monetized faster than a lot of people even realize and anyone can stitch together tools using the platforms we have now. But knowing where to apply AI, how to apply it and knowing which problems are actually worth solving, knowing what to ignore. That part is very very rare at the moment and it's the skill businesses are going to pay premium money for over the next decade. So, if you're starting out today, hope I I generally hope this clears um what you guys want to do. If you guys want to go towards the AI agency path by all means, do it. If not, the consultancy, that's my opinion. Stick to that. See you guys in the next video. Peace.
