Most people skip this step entirely, and spend weeks working on ideas based on assumptions, here's how to actually validate your ideas directly inside Claude👇 1. Install the Cookiy skill into Claude Download the ZIP from GitHub: cookiy-ai/user-research-skill and upload it. 2. Type /cookiy and describe your idea Tell it what you're building and exactly who you want to speak to e.g "I want to validate whether solo founders struggle to get feedback on product ideas before they build. I want to talk to 10 startup founders aged 25 to 40 based in the US." Cookiy generates the discussion guide for you automatically. 3. Let it find the real people Cookiy goes and recruits the exact people you described and runs Al-moderated interviews with them, all you have to do is wait 4. Get everything back inside Claude Once the interviews are done, ask Claude to generate the analysis through the Cookiy skill. It pulls back the transcripts, the recordings and a full report, all inside Claude. You can then ask follow-up questions, pull out specific insights, or tell it to run a survey to validate the patterns at scale. 5. Continue with actual evidence Now you know what the problem actually is, whether people care about it, and what they'd want from a solution. So you can continue creating not what you assumed, but what real people have told you that they want. If you’re not using Claude, Cookiy also has a full website version at Cookiy.ai, where you can run the same research directly in your browser! The setup guide is in my free resource library, link in bio🔗
