Did you know if you're not taking care of your skin post microneedling, you might as well not even get it done? Okay, so I just got home from getting microneedling done. Last time when I applied GHKCU, I healed so fast. So tomorrow I'm gonna start to apply GHKCU and I'm gonna show you like a progress. I already washed my face and this time my skin is looking like this. The next day. I did wash my face with the Prepdner cleanser, and it doesn't have any fragrance and it's super, super gentle on the skin. Plus, it has 50% glycerin. My skincare is going to be super, super simple. La Roche-Posay thermal water. Then I'm going to add is actually highluronnic acid. My face feels like sandpaper right now. I'm going to apply a little bit of the GHKCU. I typically do like to wait for GHKCU and everything to absorb. Then I go in with the Prepdner half and half. It's very, very gentle. Then it's very, very important that you apply SPF. Otherwise, you run the risk of developing hyperpigmentation and you don't want that. And that's pretty much it. I am going to use an umbrella. My glasses and everything just to make sure my skin doesn't touch the sun or doesn't see the sun. Day 2. This is how my skin is looking like. Day 3. And this is how my skin is looking like. A week before I got my microneedling done, I did stop any like exfoliants, my retin, which is like retinoid. Also, I wouldn't do like hot Pilates or anything like that for at least two to three days. And that has been helping my skin to hydrate and stay hydrated. My nighttime, same thing. I'm going to use a little umbrella, my glasses, and everything. Moving forward will only apply GHKCU at night. This stuff is seriously amazing. It has healing properties. It helps with the fine lines and wrinkles, with sagging, calming, glow. And I'm going to send you everything. My nighttime, same thing. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll talk to you guys later. Bye.
