I think a lot of people assume making pho at home is complicated… but honestly, it doesn’t have to be 🤍 I always choose the easier route when it comes to cooking, especially with 4 kids and a full day ahead. This pho ga was one of those meals that looked like I spent hours in the kitchen… but it was mostly just letting the pressure cooker do the work with a store bought roasted chicken 😜 Roast chicken bones, charred onions, ginger, spices, water and an hour later, we had a warm, comforting bowl that everyone enjoyed.
