Why swimwear brands that don't offer returns are a red flag I get so many people asking me, can I return my bikini? And the answer is, of course you can. Of course. Like, bikinis are so, so personal. It is underwear. Wearing a bikini is the only time you're basically going to be naked in public in front of strangers. So of course you need to be able to try it on and make sure it fits you and you feel your best self. And I find it mad when swimwear businesses don't offer returns because like I said, it's so, so personal to each person. So for me, I know if I was shopping on a swimwear website and I saw that they can't return, it would just put me off buying. We do accept returns. We do 14 day returns. So you can either exchange or return, whichever. Obviously, because it's swimwear, we've got to be like, super, super careful. So, like, you all get a note saying before you try it on, make sure you don't have any tan on, any oils. Like, keep your knickers on when you're actually trying on your pieces. They all come with hygiene ships, but with it be in swimwear, we need to be super, super careful about hygiene. But of course you can return your bits. Someone's sent us a return. So let's open it and I'll show you what happens when we get a return. Ton I haven't had Well, I don't actually. Get a lot of returns, which is obviously fabulous. that when you order your pieces you love them. I haven't had any dodgy ones like I always see, like the boosted girls getting TikTok returns and the literally shambles, I've been okay, I haven't really had any of them yet. Everyone always sends it in nice packaging. And they've all been like, perfect condition. So this girl ordered 2 of our Amina Black swimsuit. So she ordered a medium and a small. Now with this swimsuit, like I said, it's super, super sculpting. Like, I'm normally a medium in a swimsuit, but I get a large in it, I have got a bigger bum as well, so large just feels a little bit more comfortable because it is very. Which some people like. Some people gone with the usual size and they like the fit, but to have a comfier fit, I recommend sizing up. so it looks like she's gone for the bigger size as well. So we open it, look, give it a sniff, smells perfect, smells brand new, smells box fresh. And we check the hygiene strip and that's all perfect. So, yeah, girls, when you're trying on your pieces, just make sure you're being extra, extra careful. And then we've got our tags as well, which say, if you remove me, I am yours. And this is still on. So this is like, in a perfect condition. Like it's came straight from the manufacturers. So this is okay to be, folded back up neatly and resold to someone else. But just so we can see, like, this swimsuit, honest to God, it's. It's the nicest swimsuit I think I've ever put on. Like, the cut, the fit, the detail, I'm like, the bum. The cut of the bum. Yeah. It's just so, so nice. Like, I love this swimsuit. As soon as it tried on the first sample I had, it didn't even really have to go back and forth much with this. Like, the first sample, the pretty much hit the mark and I put it on, I was like, and I showed me fella the collection. He was like, that swimsuit is my favourite one. He's like, it's given Baywatch vibes. Originally it was in, like, a maroon red, but we didn't go with that colour because I was like, I feel like a bit of a red is a bit risky, isn't it? so we went for the black instead But, yeah, the red was gorgeous and it was giving Baywatch.
