Come with me on an 8 hour round trip to London to fix a customers wrong order Right, so we've done a major f*ck up, basically messed up an order and I've sent her the wrong order. I've sent her two bikini tops instead of bikini top and a bikini bottom. How I've done that, I don't know, Cause I literally always double check me orders. And I remember specifically I had a bunch of orders to do and I double checked them all So I don't know. So anyway, the girl is going on holiday on Tuesday. She let me know this yesterday. By the time I was trying to sort it out, all delivery companies had more or less picked up. It just wasn't happening. The girl was like I really love the bikini, I really want it. I'm going on holiday in Tuesday. Cucón is still so new. I don't want people's first experiences of the brand to be negative ones like this. Especially when it's literally just my fault. It's me being a doozy cow. I could literally kick myself. So, my boyfriend was like, we're just gonna have to drive down. He's still in bed. I've just woke up this morning and thought, let's go. So it's now 8:00, let's drive down to London. It's gonna be a long one. But this is A star customer service. If you shop with Cucón, you are not just a number. Like I truly, truly, truly care about every order. And if this doesn't prove how much I care, I don't know what does. Cause it's a 7 hour round trip. Wish me luck. Oh and to add on to that, I've also got to be me mother in law's bottomless brunch in the slug and lettuce for 3:00. So petrol prices at warwick south are a joke. 81 miles to go, an hour and a half. Got myself a sausage roll. We're back on the road, an hour and a half to go and then I've got to be at the slug and lettuce in Liverpool for 3:00. Probably be a little bit late, and I'm going with not a scrap of makeup on, but yeah, we move. How funny. Drove all this way and Liverpool Road. The journey there was brilliant. Went straight there, not a bit of traffic. And then of course, that way back has just been traffic jam after traffic jam after traffic jam. Was meant to be in the slug and lettuce 12 minutes ago. And all I can see now is just bumper, bumper traffic for a literal miles. The things that you got to do to keep your customers happy. The girl really wanted the bikini and I just really want people to love the brands I don't want people to have bad experiences. Also, I am severely dehydrated. Had me a Stanley full of drink on the way there When I got the horrible sausage roll I should have got myself a drink, I was just like, need to get there. On the way back I have not had a drink this entire time. I haven't had a drink since about, like, 11:45, and it's now 3:15. I'm literally starving, severely, severely dehydrated. Like, my head is pounding. So I think the first drink I'll be getting when I get there is a glass of water. An hour late lol** I made it.
