Sjogrens symptoms! When you don't get enough sleep

Good morning. Um, this comment right here needed a video because, um, anybody who's visiting my page, I'm on my Sjogren's journey right now. My health journey. I have an autoimmune disorder called Sjogren's. It's very similar or a cousin to Lupus. I've been talking about it on my page a lot and these are one of the side effects and symptoms and signs that is very prominent that I have noticed. Um, that most definitely when I do not get proper sleep, I feel like a truck has hit me. When you have Sjogren's like symptoms, you feel like you have the flu. Your whole body hurts you. You're exhausted, you can't stay awake and it's not even like you didn't sleep. You got six hours of sleep, but you didn't get the seven to nine hours of sleep and because of that, your body pays for it. So before me taking the Hydroxychloroquine, it's just starting to calm down the symptoms because before I would, my husband would have to pull me out of bed. He's like, you can't work like this, like I don't care if you work in person or at home. This is impossible. Like I literally would have to drink five cups of coffee a day, not to stay awake, but to function. If I did not get proper sleep or if I felt like I just didn't get well rested, if I was tossing and turning, people don't talk about this enough. And I think that it's really important that we spread awareness about Sjogren's, but about what happens to like how serious the symptoms can get. It literally feels like you ran a marathon with a bike, you exercise all day long. You have the flu and you are totally, everything is just so sore and so exhausted. You just can't get up. So I appreciate you commenting that because it's actually really important to like let people know how you feel because maybe this video will reach somebody that is suffering with these symptoms and doesn't know what's wrong with them. I've heard a lot of people come on my page and like I never even knew that this was an autoimmune symptom and I hope this helps someone that is suffering with these symptoms and doesn't know what's wrong with them.
