First trimester exhaustion is a different beast
Transcript
First trimester exhaustion is a different beast. I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and this exhaustion in this pregnancy, this is my third, is beyond anything I've ever experienced in my life. I have to lay down after every small task including walking up the stairs. Just walked up the stairs to my bedroom here I am laying in bed to reward myself for making it up the stairs. I'm about to go shower. That's gonna require a 30 minute cooldown. I can guarantee you that. The exhaustion, every single thing and mentally too. It's like mentally I cannot get myself to do things. I'm just so tired all the time. I don't remember ever being this bad.
