Why the heck does Disney want us to forget about this cartoon? Disney's probably going to terminate me for saying this, but I'm just going to go for it. Listen guys, after I got home from seeing Toy Story 5, I did what I always do, went online and started watching a bunch of videos about it. And then I seen Nerdstalgic post a video about this. This wasn't Disney's first attempt at a Buzz Lightyear prequel, but you might not know that because they've done everything in their power to erase the original from existence. And this felt like a secret memory that my brain just unlocked. This is Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. And before Chris Evans' Lightyear came out, this is the OG Buzz Lightyear story that came out and got canceled in the 2000s. Buzz was voiced by Patrick Warburton, aka Joe from Family Guy. And it even had a video game that launched with it. And when this first came out as a kid, I remember it being such a big freaking deal. And then it just disappeared, which is why I'm asking.
