I hate polyester and I won't buy it. And I've spent years trying so many different non-toxic clothing brands to the point where I am extremely confident that I have the best non-toxic basic recommendations. So consider this your non-toxic basic, non-toxic natural fiber. I think one of the most important swaps you can make is your underwear. The goal is 100% organic. And yes, it is. The one I wear pretty much every day is from Oddobody. This is their thong. I also like their G-string. I get it in a size medium cause I like to wear them high-waisted. I would say size up in these. They're great. There's nothing else really when I want something truly seamless. And unfortunately, this isn't available because Layere does more of a drop basis. But the seamless underwear from Layere, I really love having these for the girls that want an underwire and a little bit more support and structure and are okay with a little bit of elastane. This one is from Organic Basics. It's perfect. It does the job. It's very comfortable, definitely more supportive than a bralette. It's like the everyday bra that people... This one is from Coucou Intimates. It's 100% organic. It's 100% organic cotton. It is... so there's not a ton of support. But if you don't need a ton of support, it's a really great bra. This is what I wear pretty much every... and I like this a lot better than those like straight, which I feel like is the most common ones that you see because this still shapes like a normal bra, like it gives you separation and not just like a sports bra vibe. Q for Quinn makes my favorite socks. These are 97% organic cotton. They're the perfect crew sock. They also have like more hidden ankle socks, but I don't really tend to wear those. And then for tank tops, my favorite brand really is Flore Flore. They're always available. It's 100% organic. They're made in Portugal. I feel like they really shape you well. They are a little pricey. I think they're $98, I wanna say, but I have, I've had mine for years and they wash well. The quality is really... They have a lot of really good styles too. So this is a new one that I love the V-neck. Another really good option for basic tanks like this are Layered, but again, sold out. So I'm not gonna spend too much. But if you can, I love her organic cotton tanks. And last, this bodysuit from Jungmaven. This is kind of almost like an active feel. It's hemp cotton and elastane, I believe. It's the best like non-toxic bodysuit I've ever tried. It holds you in, it sculpts you well. I really love this one. I have it in a bunch of colors too. Okay, but that's everything.
