A slop page wanted some of those views, so they posted this immediately after. They spiced it up and search engine optimized it, so when I searched Brazil World Cup on Instagram, these were the top 2 recommendations. Maybe this real video of fans singing and dancing isn't exciting enough for you. Here are a million AI fans waving disappearing flags in a messed up Times Square in the hills of Manhattan. That's not what it looks like. They're wearing a mismatch of Brazilian-colored jerseys from different teams. One of them is wearing a Fuleco mascot head. That's a pull from the 2014 World Cup. The AI is mixing up visual associations. I think this is a hallucination. That's pretty obvious compared to the real crowd wearing standard Brazilian national jerseys, like you'd expect them to. The AI crowd's faces are smooth and messed up, the text is garbled everywhere, and these flags don't have handles. They're just floating and waving themselves. A lot of real videos have AI copycats because it's easier to make a worse AI version and not worry about takedown requests, in this case, from Fox Soccer. You don't wanna deal with that. But it's worse for the viewer, and this makes it hard to figure out what's actually happening in the real world.
