Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
Everyone thinks I M 8 is winning because of its celebrities. David Beckham, Aryna Sabalenka, the NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo. But they're wrong. The famous people are the least interesting part about how this brand is about $200M in their second year, which is great because the stuff that's actually working that you can copy this week. You just don't want might seem too boring. I'm gonna break it down because I have faith in you. The first thing is their distribution. Organically, they are seeding hundreds of people. IM8 product every single month. It is almost the exact same playbook that Comfrt has been using over the past couple years to turn themselves into a billion dollar company. This is so effective. The people who are scrolling on their phone all the time are seeing constantly, which makes them feel like everyone is using it, but them. Currently, they are running over 1500 ads alone using all of that content they are getting from those creators. They are uploading over 250 pieces of ad content a week. That is more than Skims, and Caraway combined. They are distribution kings. What's also their ads pay attention to that. For example, if an ad is talking about ADHD, they send you to a page that has to do with focus. When it's addressing elite athletes, they send you to David Beckham's most... Most brands send every to the exact same destination and wonder why their conversion rate is no good. And the last thing, which may be the most important thing, they put all of their attention into the first time subscriber. I have never seen a brand give more than IM8 Health from 30% off and free... to free stacked on free gifts. Which means they're probably not strangling themselves to become first time profitable because they understand how challenging that is like today. They understand what their lifetime value is and where their payback period is. It's a brilliant marketing strategy because it allows them to bid on things that are much less efficient than any of their competitors will ever have to do. When you add all those details together, those are the things that are gonna get this brand to do $200 million in their second year. The celebrities people are on top.
