Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
While editing, I realized that if I shorten a photo to around 0.2 seconds, zoom into the timeline, add a key frame at the beginning, rotate the image to around 15 degrees and scale it up to fill the screen. Then I moved to the end of the clip and rotated the image back to its original position. The photo immediately creates a smooth rotating back effect. Next, I duplicated the photo multiple times and replaced each copy with different images. After that, I selected the small white transition blocks, added a mixed transition and applied it to all. At this point, the motion still felt a little stiff. So I exported the sequence and imported it back into a new project. Then I applied motion blur, setting the blur amount to 40, the blend amount to 20 and the overlay count to four. Now the movement feels much smoother. Next, I added another video at the beginning. At the end of that clip, I freeze frame, placed it as overlay and extended it to match the end of the main track. Then I opened remove background, isolated the subject and applied a glowing outline. Finally, I added a vignetted effect and a dotted snow effect at the end of the clip. Congratulations. Today you learned a memory flashback effect.
