Part Four HOW I EDIT zoom effects

The only way to be successful on social media is by holding your audiences attention. So I'm gonna show three easy ways to do that with zoom effects. The first option is an abrupt zoom in, which is the most simple of the three. This is a great way to emphasize a specific word and is done by trimming to the portion of the video that you want emphasized. Then just drag that section to the size that you want. The second option is using keyframes for a more subtle, slow zoom. For this approach, you'll click the little diamond to add a keyframe at the very start of your clip. Then scroll to where you want the clip to end. Zoom to the size you're looking for. A second keyframe will add automatically when you drag the clip! And transition from the first keyframe location to the second. This only works for a single clip! The final option is adding a zoom lens effect. So click effects, then video effects, then select the zoom lens. This will add it as a layer that applies to the main video below it. And this does add a pretty intense zoom automatically. But if you click adjust, you can edit the speed and the range of the effect. This is really helpful if you have multiple clips and want to apply a consistent zoom to all of them.
