POV: you never look caught off guard in a work meeting ever again Before you log in to your first team's meeting or your first zoom meet let me teach you one quick trick so that when you inevitably get distracted you won't look caught off guard when somebody calls your name. Here's what you need to do. You wanna do is you wanna turn on captions. Notice how it's tracking what I'm saying while I'm talking. This is outside of your AI companion. That is useful as well for summarising your notes but this allows me to take my eyes or attention out of a meeting, but come back and review exactly what anybody else was saying without missing a beat. And the way you do this in Teams is you go into your copilot settings you turn on accessibility and you turn on Always show captions in my meetings. That's how you're gonna do it in Teams. Let's pan over to zoom. It's even simpler in zoom. You're gonna want to show captions And as you start talking, it's gonna capture and give you a rolling caption of everything that anybody is saying in the meeting, and this is going to allow you to keep track what is going on, and if somebody asks you a question, and you happen to be zoning out, instead of saying, hey, sorry I missed a question, you can literally just scroll back up and read exactly what they said.
