Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I am six months in since I launched my brand. There's 100 million different things you can do when it comes to marketing. You can market on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, ads, emails, influencers, literally the list goes on. There's a lot. I'm about six months in and this is my quick reflection on what sales channels have really worked for me, what has not and what I have not tried and why. Oh, first off, Insta organically has done pretty much nothing. Insta organically has done pretty much nothing. That being said, Insta paired with ads, like having a really gorgeous grid. That formula works. Ads as you're like way to bring people in, funneled into your Instagram, make them fall in love and then just let your website be the conversion method. That is 60% of my sales. That is fantastic. TikTok. I learned pretty quickly that TikTok probably does not have my target customer. My price point is a little bit higher and that person likely does more of their shopping on Instagram and Pinterest, which leads me into Pinterest. I just started Pinterest. I've not seen any return, but I do think this is something that I'm I'm betting on. I think in the future, Pinterest is gonna be pretty huge. Facebook. I don't even bother with Facebook. Everything gets like reposted to Facebook, but I don't even look at it. We don't get any conversions from Facebook. Um, Google. I'm not spending my money on Google, but I am optimizing for like SEO and making sure I'm using the right keywords on my website, but I'm not spending any ads on Google yet. I will when the time comes when we have more inventory, but right now not worth it. Email. This is something I have not done yet, but I'm gonna do and this I think is gonna be huge for us. Just extremely time consuming to set up. And so I haven't done emails yet, but it is on the list and I'm excited. Influencers. I haven't really done influencers. I gifted to two people and who are influencers. I gifted to like UGC creators, influencers, stuff like that. I have not seen necessarily sales come from that. The UGC creators that I gifted to have made incredible content and I think my biggest tip with UGC creators is only gift to someone who truly has your aesthetic already and you can see it very easily by going to their page. If you scroll and you're like, yep, this is exactly the aesthetic I'm going for, the content they naturally make will align with your brand. Now when you talk about the most important thing, which is like organic building a community, doing the pre-sale and then like selling out with drops right away. When I first started, I was building the whole business in public and I built a little bit of a community on my personal Instagram stories. This community ended up buying the pre-sale and funding the production run. However, this community is not my target customer. These are people who are brand builders, friends, family, um, entrepreneurs, people who are bought into me and are supporting me in my business. That's not like my customer. That's not what's gonna grow this into a 10 million dollar business. But now that I have a community starting to get built up through these ads, through these first time purchasers and some returning customers that are coming back. I'm really excited to try out this like community drop method with a lot of organic posts, building up a lot of hype, building up that wait list and then doing like a big drop for our next drop in a couple of months. And I'm curious to see how that converts this time around. I hope that's helpful. You got this. Bye.
