how to set up meta ads PROFITABLY for your brand even without experience

It has come to my attention that people think ads are a lot more complicated than they are. And they think that it's not profitable to do it as a small business. And I'm here to tell you that has not been my experience. That has not been my experience. Just about a month ago I was way too scared to get into ads. And now I'm basically sold out. All things to ads. And so today I wanna show you exactly how to set up your very first ad. It's not gonna be hard. You can literally do it in a couple minutes. Disclaimer, I'm not a professional at all. I'm literally just sharing what I've learnt in the last month that's worked for me. Okay, so the key here is we gotta test and iterate. We're gonna figure out what's working and then we're gonna double down on what's working. So when you're first getting started, meta gives us this little cheat code called the meta ads manager. You basically have to see every other brand's highest performing ads. I don't know how that's available but that is lovely. So basically what I did was I typed in all the top brands out there and I was trying to look for patterns on like what is their top performing ads. I took a bunch of screenshots. And what I found is it's basically all the same a great photo with your logo and the product title so simple. Five four five. All the same a great photo with your logo and the product title so simple. And so that's what your first ad is gonna be. The same as my first ad. It's a great photo with my logo and then the organic cotton nightie which is just the product title. It also doesn't need to be like a crazy photoshoot, editorial style photo. Our top performing ad is this iPhone photo. Just anything that shows the product very clearly. It could also be faceless. I noticed that faceless ads are our best performing ads. If you have time I would do like three or four different photos. Test out iPhone, test out editorial, maybe test out a little video and then maybe even test like a one-liner. And when I say test, I literally mean just like make all of this and then upload it to one campaign. Now the big question, how much do I spend? I recommend starting very small. I was really scared when I was first starting. So I literally just did 25 a day and we got sales and were profitable literally day one. The way that I recommend doing it is just make one campaign. Put all your ads under that one campaign. Make the daily spend $25. And then meta's gonna decide based on their algorithm and like whatever gets clicked on the most, whatever is highest performing, whatever gets clicked on the most, whatever is highest performing, they will send more ad money to that ad for you. So it's not like complicated or scary. Meta will do the work for you. But what you need to do is to go into meta. I recommend daily and look at what ads are performing well and what aren't. So if you're spending a ton of money on an ad and it's not turning into any sales, turn it off. That ad didn't work. If you are seeing that an ad is working a ton and you're starting to get sales, I would double down on that ad. So like let's say you have a hunch in your head you're like, okay, I think it's this image. This image is gorgeous. I would take that image and put a bunch of different taglines and put it against a bunch of other images and reupload and kind of like see what is top performing. The whole goal here is we wanna double down on whatever works. I got my first sale literally the same day and we are profitable on our ads. This is just what's worked for me but I really hope that it works for you too. I'm gonna also be starting a new series of ads that really catch my eye so we can all start to do those ads together.
