Hey everyone, welcome to another day in the life of an office coordinator. On Friday I had a balloon girl come to the office and set up all these balloons because this week we are celebrating a rebrand. I had special custom order cookies delivered with our brand new logo and colors. Of course I had to make sure the fridge was fully stocked because we're definitely gonna have a full house today. We do have two required in office days per week and those are definitely the busiest days. And then the office is open five days a week so anybody can come in any of the other days. And I go in Monday through Thursday because really nobody goes in on Fridays. And that's kind of my day at home and get some admin work done and not be interrupted by things around the office. After doing all my kitchen duties, I found this cup in the dishwasher with no lid and straws so I'm gonna have to be on the lookout for that. Then I filled up the candy bowl and I filled up the cart all set because I actually put coffee cups on them and different little fun things that we gave out to everybody at lunch. So I filled up the cart and made sure it was ready to go. And then during our lunch celebration, I walked around and had everybody grab one or I passed things out. Then our food was about to be delivered, so I wrote down what was on all the platters and sticky notes because I'm a picky eater myself and I really just don't like going up to catered food and not knowing exactly what it is. So I try and always make these sticky notes and write down exactly what the types of food are, what's in the sandwiches, yada yada. Today I had one of my favorites, wild flower bread co, and the turkey brie sandwich is so so good. That's my favorite. I also love this big chop salad right there. Oh, so good. Also their gluten-free macaroni and cheese is fire. We had all of our decorations up and ready to go. Then it was time to pop the champagne. Of course we also had apple cider for people who didn't want to drink alcohol. Here's some of the prizes that were in a box that I had to pass out and then the door was working.
