Day in the Life of an Office Coordinator Hey guys, welcome to another day in the life of an office coordinator. Today I had to go to the office on a Friday, which is something I hardly ever do. I usually always work from home on Fridays. So I stopped at Sweetwaters Coffee. I had this little certificate, buy one get one free coffee. So I got myself a coffee for today to treat myself and then I'm gonna bring the other one home for tomorrow. Today I had to go to the office because we were having new monitors installed on all our desks. So our IT guy was there. I needed to be there for some deliveries and different things like that. So nobody was in the office on Friday, so it was very, very dead and I got a lot of work done. I sat at my desk and did some admin items for a while, then I unloaded and loaded the dishwashers. And then I thought I heard someone ring the bell, but there was no one, so it was just my imagination. Then I had to print a couple of items and then next week I am doing an event where everybody is going to get these cute little swag boxes that I created on Canva. And they're going to get $50 to our online swag store. So that they can buy themselves some new swag. On the swag, all have our company logo on it. And then I printed and made these cute little coupons and then I cut them up. And it really reminded me of my teacher days cutting things up for my students. Then I took a bathroom break and I noticed my cute little tiny postpartum bangs are coming in. So that's fun, trying to hide those. I was waiting for an Amazon package to come and it said it was delivered to our mailbox. So I had to go down there to get it. IT guy was working on giving everyone new monitors. So there's tons of recycling everywhere. And then I also had a balloon girl come to the office today. Because I knew nobody was gonna be there and it would be the perfect time for her to set up. If you guys watch all my videos, you've probably seen an old video of when I took all of the decor down. Here is the video of when it all got put up. We were doing a total rebrand and celebration of all our new colors and our new logos and everything. So even though this was on a Friday that we set all of this up, we were going to celebrate the following week. So I got everything ready for the celebration and the party and I thought the office looked so cute. Investing in a balloon girl has totally changed my life because I used to have to either blow up balloons myself or get them from Party City and pick them up. I highly, highly recommend her. These balloons stayed up in our office for months and they did not deflate at all. And it was just so cool having the office all decorated for such a big moment in our company's history, like changing colors and things. One of the things I was working on on my computer was our holiday gift for our clients. So I had to help pick out the little dessert and little thing that's going to be sent to all of them. Then it was time for me to peace out. I had to stop by FedEx and that was my day.
