What's some behind-the-scenes tasks people never think about!! People think coaching is just practicing game days but I don't think people realize how much coaching happens outside of the studio. Today I literally sat at my kitchen counter from 10 AM until 4 PM planning out all of our prep rally outfit ideas. It wasn't just picking out cute things, every shirt, every accessory, every color, every little detail has to match our theme, has to be in stock, and has to have enough quantities for the whole team. It has to arrive on time and most importantly, has to stay within our budget. Honestly takes way longer than people realize because you're constantly comparing prices, reading reviews, searching for the best option and just trying to make everything feel special without spending more than your budget. Six hours later, I am exhausted but seeing everything come together is so exciting and knowing how excited the team is going to be just makes every minute worth it.
