Introduction
Mass Rising Inc. is a football investment and operations company focused on acquiring,
operating, and growing football clubs throughout Europe.
In 2026, Mass Rising completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in a Portuguese
football club and is actively expanding its network of clubs, strategic partnerships, and
investment opportunities.
We believe in a 'co-opetitive' positioning, 'supporter-base', due to its strong
local identity, geographic positioning, supporter base, and long-term growth potential. As
such, we are interested in establishing a win-win relationship through an 'usual minority
investment that aligns the interests of both organizations.
Proposed Investment
Mass Rising proposes an initial investment of €1.5M into AD Bobadelense at a
post-money valuation of €10M.
The purpose of this investment is to establish a long-term partnership and provide a
foundation for future collaboration, investment, and growth initiatives.
Upon completion of the appropriate legal structure, Mass Rising would receive an
ownership interest proportional to the agreed value.
Strategic Vision
Mass Rising views this investment as the first step in a broader relationship that may
include:
Additional direct investment by Mass Rising.
Introduction of strategic co-investors from the Mass Rising network.
Increased international visibility for the club.
Collaboration on player development and recruitment initiatives.
Knowledge sharing related to club operations, technology, marketing, and
commercialization.
