Every morning while I'm making my coffee, my phone gets a text. It's Claude. It already did the research. It already planned my day. I set up a scheduled task inside Claude Co Work. You can only do this on the desktop. I wrote the instructions once. I told it what I needed, when to run and where to send it. Now it just runs without me.
