So I have five kids and keeping track of all of their health stuff has been an absolute disaster until I set this up. Here's what I built. In Obsidian, I created a file for every child and myself. Each file has their own medications, doctors, allergies, any notes from appointments, whatever matters that is health related. Then I have one main family dashboard and that pulls everything together. So if I need to see the big picture, it's all right there in one place, but if I need to drill into just one person, I can just go straight to their file. Now here's the part that I love. Claude scans through my emails automatically every morning and if anything is health related, like a lab result or an appointment reminder or a prescription update, it pulls that information right into the person's file and into the family dashboard. And then whatever I actually need to talk through with Claude, I don't need to upload any of these. I can go into co-work and say, hey, what questions should I ask at this next next doctor's appointment based on what you see in the files? Can you compare these lab results I just got with the most recent ones? Based on the last 10 results, do you see anything different that I should think about? It knows the context. It knows my family and it just works. But here's the thing, this information is not stored inside Claude. This is stored in my hard drive. It's not on a cloud anywhere. It's not even in Google. I own it. So Claude might have to reference those files and it can change those files and do those things, but it isn't storing any of my information. That information is mine. If you want to build something like this, save this video. I'll break down exactly how to set this up so that you and your family can be that much healthier.
