Hey hey! Could you please review 1 Korokaa Mt Hutton? NSW Absolutely. So the property sold last year in October for 2.85 million. It's a 6 bed, 5 bath, two car space home on 2.500 m. Now, if you aren't familiar where is you are in Lake right next to Bay and you're probably about a 20 minute drive to Newcastle. Where it is in particular is in a new section right in between and Bay. Right on the border of as well. Now, what I love about this little subdivision is that they've only done about seven or eight houses in there, and as you can see, each property is sitting on a massive block. They could have split the properties into lots of 300 square meter blocks, but instead they chose smaller amount of properties, bigger blocks. I love that. Looking at the property itself, here's your kitchen, nice big backyard, cover area with the in ground pool, downstairs living room, upstairs living room, one of your bedrooms, your on suite and your main bathroom. Feel free to pause but Here's the floor plan. So downstairs, you can see you've got a nice big open plan living room. You've got library and office downstairs, which is great for the working professional. You've also got downstairs, a bedroom with an on suite, which is great if you have say parents living with you, I don't want to go upstairs, another media room potentially for them as well. You've got the double lock up garage. upstairs you've got another living area potentially for the kids, and then you've got your massive master bedroom and then your other three bedrooms there as well. So in terms of the floor plan, I really like it. Now, being right near and the bush, the property is located in a zone meaning high insurance, but to be honest, it's not a major for me. A property like this, especially on the block that it has will continue to grow well in value, especially as more properties become more and more scares, blocks are getting smaller, properties that do sit on a massive block like this become more and more sort after.
