accidentally invented garlic foccachia cupcakes and now I can’t stop making them 🥺 Makes 12 Dough • 500g flour • 425g lukewarm water • 7g instant yeast • 10g salt • 2 tbsp olive oil Mix everything (no kneading) and let rise for 1½–2 hours. Add 1–1½ tbsp olive oil to each muffin cup, fill about ⅔ full, then let rise for another 30–40 minutes. Dimple with oiled fingers, drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt. Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 18–22 minutes, until golden. Immediately brush with garlic butter while they’re still hot. Serve with aioli… just trust me on this one🥹 #foccachia #garlicbread #EasyRecipe
