Welcome back to sculpting my dream designer bags that I love because I refuse to pay for in the collection. Which means, rolling out a massive slab of clay, 3/8 inches thick. Then I carefully sketched two side pockets, but as usual, the clay was too wet and flimsy. So I set that on for around an hour until it was finally stiff enough to work with. It kinda looks like a gingerbread house, but this was actually so hard cause I kept collapsing, but I didn't give up. I was able to fold the edge over the seams together. The basic bag shape down. Next, very carefully stretched this clay and created a wavy top edge, like that! It's now time to add all the fun details on. Attaching the two huge side pocket flaps on before I tried my best. Chanel logo on, which was kinda hard, but so worth it. You know what's harder? Having to sculpt the whole entire bag chain, which I just had to do off camera. To make the chain, it goes loop one, strap one, loop two, two separate links, and step two, and tadaa! And yes, I did repeat that maybe 100 times. Was so worth it. Last but not least, main Chanel logo. And once I carefully attached that on. I am so shocked. I pulled this one off. My hardest, but coolest bag yet! I do need your help now. Should I carve and make this fuzzy leopard print one? Or should I go for a classic quilted texture in a fun summer color? Please let me know below, but first, and be sure to follow along so you don't miss her final reveal.
