What about rent? Rent goes down in places like Austin, Texas, where we built up rent actually went down. You'll never see that in San Francisco. We went through student housing where the government has gotten involved, harder to do. Abuse legal systems to prevent housing to allow their go up. The actual outcomes of the things.
