California rent prices

So y'all, my dad just renovated this property. It's a one bedroom, one bathroom. And so it's newly renovated. There is some stuff. We still need to get a stove and a refrigerator, but everything is really, really new. It's a one bedroom. and it has a closet. Then you can contact me for one family preferably working um no males if possible. First off, it is against the law to discriminate against anyone based off of their gender, based off of their race and other things. So, you might not want to say that in the coming videos about the renumer property. Next, this can't be no bigger than what $400 ish square feet, $2500 a month. I know California is expensive, but this is just price gouging. I will never understand why it's okay for everyday Americans to mess over other everyday Americans and everybody's just like, "Oh, well, they need to live and they're charging that for a reason or or they're just trying to get by but when the corporation overcharges somebody, that's where we draw the line and lose our minds. This looks like it shouldn't rent for no more than $1,500 a month. And California is a very, very high cost of living place. I get that, but then it doesn't stop there. Y'all's taxes out there are astronomical. I'm in Texas and my 3,000 square foot, 4-bed, 3.5 bath. That's close to what my mortgage is that $2500. I couldn't do it. So let this sink in. It's not just big corporations that are buying up rental properties and charging hass prices. It is also common Americans that are buying properties and renting them out to do the same thing because at the end of the day, most people just want more and more and more money. Enough is not enough. $2500 for this.
