Do people with ADHD look younger? If you got ADHD, how many times have you been told that, um, you look like younger than what you are? And I was thinking about this the other day cause I'm 44 now and I have been told that. But I don't think it's like how I look. I think it's more my personality doesn't match my age. Like, I'm 44 and I have not given up. And I still go into things with a child like wonder and 100% motivation that I'm gonna do this and I can convince other people. And at 44, a lot of people aren't talking about starting new businesses and the fact that they might be a millionaire. But I do, and I still do it with 100% commitment for about six weeks and then I try something else. But normally we're ashamed of that. We shame ourselves for trying things and then not doing them. But how lovely and how beautiful is it that we aren't scared to try something, knowing that we probably might not do it, but we have little dabbles in everything. And doesn't that make amazing conversation to people? Like, we can go, oh yeah, I've done a little bit of that and, and it's, it's, it's almost Peter Pan syndrome. And I think it's something that we need to start celebrating more. Um, the fact that we try everything and we come like, it's almost like we come from a wonder of, of a child. Like, we're learning something brand new that we haven't done before. And I think that's what people see when they say we look younger. I think they see the, the the child like in us. And, yeah, I think it radiates. And I think it's one of the things that I love about having ADHD. Is that side of it.
