All of these statements are true, but the razor cut bangs do have to be cut properly. My technique works on everyone. Curly hair, cowlicks, glasses, short forehead, high forehead, you name it you can have them. And they will fit your face. And they will grow out gorgeously. The difference is that scissors make things more blunt even if they’re cut in a textured way they make things more blunt and make them pop out. The razor creates fluidity and will frame your face in a gorgeous way.
