let's bring back Sears kit homes is because they would be shipped along the train lines and pick up this big stack of wood and supplies and build their own home it came with their own instructions people could make videos on it you could make warehouses full of these type of kid homes and people could order them like IKEA I don't think it's possible though for the average person to put one of these together it's very possible along the way you could get some help from a plumber maybe even even electrician but it would be a hell of a lot cheaper for people looking for more portable housing option if they did something like this to go for people today I know a lot of my real estate friends when I brought this idea up to them people today want the modern conveniences and they would never go for X y z I say that that's literally hogwash I think most people would be thrilled with the fact that they've made a home themselves there's always a pride of ownership when you've put something together with your own bare hands older generations talk about all the time I made this house with their own hands and a lot of times it was a series of robot house why don't we do something like this again there should be some kind of company that brings this back and it would help with the affordable housing crisis what is your opinion cause I think these houses are adorable
