Alright you get a choice and it's between two now. Two houses. One of them was built in 1950 and it's $100,000. Now this one is brand new and it's $100,000. Which one are you picking? Because I'm noticing more and more people are picking the 1950s house because they are afraid of what's going on with this house that was built for $100,000 today. And it has nothing to do with the square footage either. They're thinking that the building materials, our newer homes are not done as well. They're also thinking that the roofing supplies, the HVAC system, the brick itself, even the two by fours in the materials that it was built with is not as safe as the house that was built in 1950. Now home builders will argue up and down this is a much safer house than the one that was built in 1950. But why does the public feel like that this house is unsafe? This one is safe. I wanna know your opinion.
