The sales people has to focus on the sales. That is why in Wolf Force, but we did, we divided the operations and sales. Pag operations ka, kikita ka ng percentage. Everyone is like working together as a team. Same goes with athletes. May mga taong tig-aabot lang ng tubig, nanalo sila. But the whole team is happy. They know that they are part of something big. Naparte ako ng hindi ko ginawa doon. Every time that we do powertalks, lead, mastermind, we do mastermind that is a huge win. Marami nag-share, marami nalaman, marami nag-grow, may natulungan tayo.
