Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
All my souls are up stuck. They have no idea what they're doing. They're unmotivated. They're lazy. They're never going to be as good as me and I should just fire them. Is something you should never say. Before you fire a sales rep, I want you to ask yourself these questions. Have I listened to at least five of their calls this week? Have I disrespected each and every call and told them where they lost a sale along the way. Have I coached them side by side? Have I showed them what a successful call is supposed to actually sound like? Have I role played with and wrepped out their problem areas. Have I rewarded good behavior? Or are you just expecting them to be great because Joe Shmo is great on his own. Your team will almost never out perform your coaching. So if your coaching is mid, be prepared to see very mid sales reps. So I want you to ask yourself if you've created the environment for your sales reps to become successful before you go and blame the sales reps. The second I saw my team grow was the second I stopped blaming everybody for not doing a job and started blaming myself for the reason they're not doing a good job.
