But I was 16. My uncle bought my brother a car for his 17th birthday. And he promised me I'd get the same, as long as I didn't buy an moped. So I waited. And yeah, later, my birthday came. But the car never did. Looking back, I'm glad it happened because if I'd been handed everything to me, I'd never have become the man capable of creating this life, the freedom, the travel, the businesses, the experiences.
