I looked into doing a franchise, and I was one signature away and I decided against it. The cost is through the roof. It was like $500,000 to $700,000. Usually those leases are like 5 to 7 years. What are you going to do in the event that business is not doing well? You're $600,000 in the hole, you have a monthly payment of $5-6,000 a month. The business is losing money, you're dealing with employees who are quitting. A franchise is something you do and you're like, "I could afford to light this money on fire, and I wouldn't even care." Oh my god. You, my man, you're looking into the wrong franchise. Not all franchise cost that much money. Do you know you can get some franchises for $20-30,000? Like I mean all in. Yeah, you're not going to be able to make massive amounts of revenue, but there's all different types of franchise out there. You're just looking in the wrong direction. If you need some help, give me a call, all right? See ya.
