This is the simplest way to get rich in America and most people ignore it. The formula is simple but everybody wants to complicate it. Step one, buy a business. Could be a laundromat, car wash, bagel store, pizzeria, anything that cash flows. Step two, install standard operating procedures. This basically puts processes in place for every position. This is how the business now can run without you. Step three, back yourself out of that business slowly. Hire a manager, give them 70 grand a year. And step four, do it again. Do this over and over again till you have three, five, 10, 15 of them. Each one will now net you $100,000 a year and now you're making 700 to 1 million and it's considered passive because you've scaled and you're not working every day in the business. Buy an owner-operated business and then step one, two, three, four and then back yourself out, yeah. Buy, systematized, delegate and repeat. People love when I say get rich because it's true. This is how it actually happens. I'm not much to say to that. That guy is spot on. Listen to that and you can be very, very successful. But he did not talk about everything else that comes in between all that. A lot of moving parts. Yes, you know, you want to make sure the business runs without you, but you got to be able to pay your dues in that business before you can get to that point. Hiring the right people, putting the right people in place, making sure you have, you know, incentive plans for those people to be motivated, to be running the business, to be on top of everything in the business and make sure they're going to win too. Because I promise you this, if you are in business for yourself to just make money for you, you're never going to be successful. You got to have the mindset that if you're going to win, everyone wins.
